How to redeem codes and claim items from packs

Redeeming a code on PC

Method 1 (Arc Client)

1. Download and log into the Arc Client
2. Click on the gear icon located on the top right of the client
3. Select “Activate a Product” and enter your code
4. Log into the game and complete the tutorial if you have not done so
5. Reward can be claimed at the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector’s Enclave

Method 2 (Arc website)

1. Go to the PC key redemption page
2. Login to the site if you aren't already logged in
3. Enter your code into the Code field and press Submit
4. Log into the game and complete the tutorial if you have not done so
5. Reward can be claimed at the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector’s Enclave

Redeeming codes on Xbox One and Playstation®4

1. Go to the console code redemption page and follow the instructions on that page
2. Link your PSN/Xbox account to an Arc account, if you haven't already.
3. Log in to your PSN/Xbox account on a Playstation®4/Xbox One Download and install Neverwinter
4. Begin a new character and complete the tutorial if you have not done so
5. Reward can be claimed at the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector’s Enclave

Redeeming a Playstation®Store Voucher

1. Open a Sony Network Entertainment account on PSN (or use your existing Sony Entertainment Network account).
2. Select the PlayStation®Store icon on the PS4™ system home screen.
3. On PlayStation®Store, select 'Redeem Codes' at the bottom of the menu.
4. Enter the code.
5. Once the code has been entered correctly, select 'Continue' on the dialog box.
6. Select 'Continue' to complete code redemption.
7. Launch Neverwinter
8. Reward can be claimed at the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector’s Enclave
